  • Cancellation Policy

    Kindly allow at 48-72 hours advance notice for cancellations on COLOR SERVICES. All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or a no-show appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the missed service.

    Our Policy Regarding Children in the Salon

    We kindly request only children receiving services be present in the salon. We do not have adequate space to accommodate children. Chemical products and sharp objects pose hazardous spaces for children who are not actively being supervised, so for their safety, it is recommended to provide childcare for them outside the salon space. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Gratuity

    Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected. If you wish to leave a gratuity, Tippy App or cash is preferred.

    If you feel inclined to tip our Associates/Assistants you are more than welcome to, however, we also give them a small gratuity at the end of each working day. Thank you, kindly.

  • Refunds

    Products/Merchandise: Products may be exchanged with an original receipt within 30 days. We do not offer or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise.

    Unused/Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.

    Services: all services are guaranteed within one week of the initial service. Please note, refunds on services are not issued, however, if you are unsatisfied with the agreed upon service, all attempts to correct or satisfy the agreed upon service will be rectified to the best of your stylist’s ability within two weeks of the performed service.
